Das ist unser neuer Platz in der Sonne….. notre nouvelle place au soleil…..our new spot in the sun.

Der Garten wird vorbereitet

Während der Estrich trocknet, kann nicht viel im Haus gemacht werden. Da das Wetter mit uns bisher sehr gnädig gewesen ist, könnten jetzt schon die Arbeiten rund um das haus gemacht werden. Auf den vorherigen Bildern konnte man gut sehen, dass der Hof einem Pool glich. Das ist jetzt alles weg und genauso wie wir es wollten. Es sieht super aus. Der grosse Erdhaufen ist weg und die Terrasse mit Kies  befestigt.
Nächste Woche wird dann noch vor dem Haus alles ordentlich gemacht und dann ist wieder ein grosser Schritt getan.

Pendant que le sol sèche dans la maison, nous avons pu commencé les traveaux à l'exterieur. La météo est très sympa avec nous. Sur les photos précédentes on voit bien que le terrain ressemblait à une piscine. Mais aujourd'hui le jardin est bien comme on le voulait.

During the drying time in the house we were able to start outside. The big mess is gone and the garden takes very good shape. The weather is realy on our side.  Next week they will make all nice in front of the house and on big step will be done.

Der Estrich - The screed

Die nächste Etappe ist vollbracht. Die Fussbodenheizung ist verlegt und der Estrich wurde gestern geschüttet. Jetzt dürfen wir unser Haus erst mal nicht mehr betreten. Es sind richtig gut aus und man kann sich schon gute Vorstellungen machen, die das Wohngefühl sein wird.
Ausserdem ist das Haus nun an die Versorgung angeschlossen. Gas, Wasser und Strom. Telefon leider noch nicht.

Next step is done. The heating system is on the floor and the concreat too. Now we have to let it dry and cannot go into the house. It looks a bit more like a real house.
We have also Gas, Water and electricity in the house now. Only the telephone is comming later.

La prochaine étape est faite. Le chauffage et la chappe sont fair. Maintenant il faut le laisser secher.
Le racordement de gas, eau et électricité est fair aussi. Il ne manque que le téléphone.

Der Innenputz

Das Haus nimmt immer mehr Gestalt an. Petrus hat es mit uns bisher ganz gut gemeint, so dass eigentlich alle Abreiten im Zeitplan durchgeführt werden konnten. Vor Weihnachten wurde sogar der Innenputz fertig. In der nächsten Woche wird die Fußbodenheizung eingebaut und in der folgenden Woche der Estrich geschüttet. Leider ist das Dach noch nicht ganz fertig. Aber wir werden die Hoffnung nicht aufgeben. 

La maison fait des bonne progrès. Nous avons bien eu de la chance avec la météo. Tous les travaux 

se sont effectués à temps. Lundi ils vont installer le chauffage et la semaine d'après ils vont couler la chape. Juste avec le toit nous avons eu un peu des problèmes en espérons qu'ils vont le finir bientot.

The house is growing and finishing in a good time. We are lucky with the weather so that all work could be done in time. Next week we will get the h eating system and the week after the floor will be finished. So far all is fine besides the roof. We will not loose hope to get it in the next days.

Das Gerüst ist abgebaut

Das Gerüst ist nun nach fast 8 Wochen abgebaut und unser Dach ist leider immer noch nicht fertig. Das zerrt schon etwas an den Nerven. Wir drücken die Daumen, dass es in diesem Jahr noch was wird.
Die Trockenwand zum Hauswirtschaftsraum ist erstellt und nun wird das Wohnraum um die Küche auch deutlicher. Gestern wurden mit den Vorbereitungen für den Innenputz begonnen. Nächste Woche wird der Innenputz dann fertig gestellt. Jetzt müssen wir uns die Gedanken um die Inneneinrichtung machen. Wie sollen die Badezimmer gefliest werden und welche Zimmer bekommen Tapete oder Farbe.

The house is free again. Unfortunately the roof is still not finished but we hope that this will happen before christmas. The wall between the kitchen and the cellar is build and now we can see the real size of the living room. Great. Good feeling.
Yesterday the started with wall finish inside. We have now to chose the tiles of the bathrooms and how should be the rooms. Paper or paint.

Après 8 semaines, l´échafaudage a été ôté. Le toit n´est cependant toujours pas terminé. Ca agace un peu. Nous enserrons que cela sera terminé avant la fin de l´année. Le mur qui sépare la cuisine du cellier a été monté. Les préparations pour le crépis intérieur ont commencé et ce devrait être fini la semaine prochaine. désormais, nous devons penser aux finissions: peinture, papier peint et carrelage...

Fenster / Windows / Fenêtres no 2

Jetzt sind auch die grossen Fenster eingebaut. Nächste Woche werden alles Fenster dann noch richtig abgedichtet. Anschliessend könnt die Bautür und das Haus ist dicht.

Fenster / Windows / Fenêtres

Heute kamen pünktlich wie versprochen die Fenster. Das Haus bekommt gleich einen ganz anderen Eindruck. Erst wurden die grauen Fenster eingebaut, morgen kommen die brauen Fenster und dann gibt es grosses Bild.

Today we got the windows. This changes the look and feel of the house in total. First they installed the windows in gray color, tomorrow the big brown.

Les fenêtres sont arrivés. Ca change déjà la maison. Les fenêtres grises côté rue ont été montée. Demain ce sera le tour des fenêtres bois côté terrasse. Nous enverrons ensuite des photos de l´ensemble.
